Well I guess praying for NO RAIN for Saturday morning worked and it was a great morning for photos. Arriving
early as usual, but this time with the family Bichon in tow...and I'll thank the city's finest for letting me off
with a 'warning' rather than an official 'citation' (=$$$) that canines, regardless of how fluffy or adorable, are NOT WELCOME
at the Tulip Fest!
